Madera Financial was formed in Tucson in 1988 by owner William Martin after a long career in the banking industry originating
commercial and residential loans. We recognized that our customers had difficulty finding mortgage loans and real estate advice for any purpose available at one location with one mortgage profressional. . With this challenge in mind, the business was formulated to provide loans and  investment capital for real estate home owners, investors, developers, buyers, sellers and builders from small loans to large investments. More importantly, we impart our knowledge and experience to counsel our customers about the commitment and investment they undertake. We maintain a high degree of financial and real estae investment relationships throughtout the United States as well as the local market.
