General Underwriting Criteria
Typical financial and background information required of the borrower, guarantors, and contractor. There are no personal guarantees according to FNMA and FHLMC permanent loan programs. Therefore, tax returns are not required. We have stated loan programs which do not require any tax returns.
In all cases, profit and loss statements specific to the property, rent rolls, and copies of leases are required at a minimum.
